1. Note that the membership year follows the calendar year. Any payments after October 15th apply to the next calendar year.
2. Please enter your information and check any auto loaded data for accuracy. Also, be sure you have clicked the buttons for any "Other" amounts entered, or these amounts will not be recorded. To leave this form without submitting please use the "back" button on your browser.
3. Print this form before submitting:
Use your browser's "Print" feature to print out the information as displayed. Go to printing preferences and click on landscape under paper orientation to print all of the form. You will then have a paper form, referencing your membership dues as well as the address to which payment needs to be sent, that you can submit to your accounting department.
4. Finally, please note NEW members will not be able to log onto Member Clicks again until the membership is processed. This includes paying for a chapter or making a donation on a separate form. Validation can take up to a couple of days. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
